1) Power source light off, no action.

Reasons: a. power line and power source jack bad contacting.

     　　   b. power source fuse of the machine burnt down.

2) Power source light on, but no action; outputing ultrasonic when pressing ultrasonic testing button.

Reasons: a. the core line that connects base and housing open circuit.

       　　 b. machine program circuit board appearing malfunction.

3) Power source light on, but no action; not outputing ultrasonic when pressing ultrasonic testing button.

Reasons: a. check emergent switch pressed or not.

     　　   b. power source transformer 110V or 24V power source unusual.

       　　 c. machine program circuit board appearing malfunction.

4) Machine acting, but not outputting ultrasonic when pressing ultrasonic testing button and working button.

Reasons: a. power source transformer 110V power source unusual.

        　　b. 110V power line of main circuit board fell off.

5) Working when pressing testing button, but not working when pressing working button.

Reasons: a. working switch broken.

        　　b. the core line that connects base and housing open circuit.

6) When pressing ultrasonic testing button, power loading indicated value larger than 20% and can not adjust downwards tuner.

Reasons: a. transducer system appearing malfunction.

        　　b. power tube burnt down.

7) Over loading indicating light on when welding,welding result not good .

Reasons: a. working pressure too high.

     　　   b. inserted welding parts too tight.

8) Welding result not good, but over loading indicating light off when welding, weak outting ultrasonic.

Reasons: a. power source transformer 24V power source unusual, relay not working.

      　　  b. threeterminal manostat LM7824 on program board broken.

9) Welding result not good, hearing voice when pressing ultrasonic testing button.

Reason: assembly of transducer system having problem.

10) Hearing voice when switching on power source.

Reason: 1 or 2 power tubes on circuit board burnt down.

11) Welding head descending when working, but not outputting ultrasonic, welding not restoring.

Reasons: a. working pressure adjusted too small.

        　　b. trigger preset button broken or adjusted incorrect.

       　　 c. program board circuit board appearing malfunction.

12) Usual outputting ultrasonic, but machine not working.

Reasons: a. Compression pump supplying air unusual.

      　　  b.air road blocked or pneumatic component ( electromagnetic valve, throttle valve or pressure regulating valve) appearing malfunction.

13) Machine and transducer system working well, but welding result not good, power loading indicated value smaller than 20% when the machine is working.

Reasons: a. descending stroke of welding horn exceeded machine's allowable band.

        　　b. limit screw adjusted incorrect.
